The Las Vegas Raiders cap situation is starting to come together. The offense with big contracts to Jimmy Garaoppolo, Davante Adams, Hunter Renfrow and Josh Jacobs is 5th most in the NFL. The defense spends 30th most, even with Maxx Crosby's big contract. Raiders Foster Moreau, their former tight end, announced on Twitter that he has cancer.
