Top NFC team San Francisco 49ers traveled to Las Vegas to take on their former Bay Area rivals the Raiders. The big Raiders news this week was the dismissal of Raiders quarterback Derek Carr. In his place, fourth year player Jarrett Stidham makes his first start alongside NFL Pro Bowl weapons Josh Jacobs, Davante Adams, Darren Waller and Hunter Renfrow. Jarrett Stidham was originally drafted by the New England Patriots when Josh McDaniels was the offensive coordinator so he is familiar with McDaniels' system. San Francisco 49ers boast the best defense in the NFL with guided by NFL Pro Bowl end Nick Bosa. The 49ers also start a back up quarterback in Brock Purdy with Jimmy Garoppolo injured. The 49ers have plenty of offensive weapons as well with Christian McCaffrey, Brandon Aiyuk, George Kittle and full back Kyle Juszczyk.
