Joseph Montalbano, co-founder of studiotrope Design Collective, joined the show for an Instagram Live session. We fought through some technical issues to hear about his beginnings outside of Chicago and education at the University of Illinois, Arizona State and Versailles before moving to Colorado. We then dove into his experiences and influences that formed his theories and understandings of what architecture is, and how he now tries to implement it at studiotrope.
