Dana and Julie are partners at The Granola Bar Hospitality Group, where they preside over six cafes, a food truck, restaurant consultancy and a new Manhattan restaurant and grab-and-go destination. While their strengths may differ, it’s the sum of their parts that puts the special sauce into TGB. Whether it’s Dana’s attention to detail or Julie’s obsession with the playlist, one thing’s for sure. It’s a partnership rooted in respect, friendship and love - much like the brand, itself.
