Steve Bisson, an Italo-Belgian educator, curator, and publisher, brings his rich experience in visual research and image making to our discussion. With a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from IUAV of Venice and an MBA from Kansas University, Steve's unique perspective blends artistic and academic insights.
His career spans international collaborations with artists, museums, and institutions, emphasizing support for young talents and human condition debates. In 2009, he founded Urbanautica, and in 2016, co-founded Blurring the Lines. Steve also co-directs Move Cine Arte and is the art director of Lab27.
As an educator, Steve has taught at Paris College of Art and other prestigious institutions worldwide, fostering talent and dialogue in the visual realm. He is also the chief-editor of Urbanautica Journal and founder of Penisola Edizioni.
