David Kinigson is the inspirational voice and technical mentor of authentic cutting education.  A native New Yorker, David is an A-list New York City haircutter, international editorial and runway stylist, celebrity hairdresser, salon owner, national educator, author, featured stage artist, career coach, and spokesperson.
He is an ordinary guy, from the streets of New York, who is fortunate to have had the opportunity to do a bunch of really cool things, with some extraordinary people, all over the world... learning, evolving, taking risks, and sharing knowledge every step of his career.

David is a recipient of the prestigious Créatuer de Mode and an award winning Master of the Craft of Haircutting.
He is proud to a member of the ICA Cutting Council and a founding member of the Intercoiffure North American Artistic Team.
He is a featured guest on podcasts and a keynote speaker at salon and corporate conferences. Most recently David published his new book, The Power of Asking What?-A Conversation for Mindset In Action.
