Born and raised in Miami, Lamar Miller chose to stay home to play for the University of Miami Hurricanes before becoming the Miami Dolphins fourth round draft choice in 2012. Miller rewarded the Dolphins’ belief in him by averaging more than 4.5 yards per carry over the course of his four-year tenure in South Florida, along with 19 rushing touchdowns, including a team record 97-yard score in 2014.
