Description
Hunter is a world record holder and the fastest man in HYROX. However, his journey to success was not straightforward. He started with the goal of becoming an Olympian in sprint canoeing. His grandfather, a successful masters Olympian, was his greatest inspiration. Hunter recognized that becoming an Olympian was the highest level of achievement in athletics, and he wanted to attain it. To achieve his goal, Hunter studied the muscles, leverage, power output, weights, and other unique features of successful athletes and how he could beat them. After watching the 2021 Olympics, Hunter decided to switch from paddling to HYROX. He started by doing a lot of cardio, biking for 12 to 15 hours a week until his legs were in good shape to start running. He then started running about 50 miles a week. Hunter used the Ironman as a good base, building up his fitness until he became a world record holder in HYROX with a new world record time of 54:07.Switching from paddling to HYROX helped Hunter regain the fire and intensity in his life. He wanted to challenge himself despite knowing the outcome. Hunter's story shows the importance of setting goals, studying successful athletes, and pushing yourself to attain your dreams. It also emphasizes the value of switching things up when your current path is no longer bringing you the satisfaction and motivation you crave. To train like Hunter you can find more information on his website: HAOSTraining.comBLDR Sports:https://bldrsports.comLinktr.ee: https://linktr.ee/huntthesheriffBOA Link Code: HUNTER20https://glnk.io/nrpw4/hunterFollow me on: Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/H.McIntyreInstagram - https://instagram.com/huntthesheriff
