In today's episode, Allison and I tie the knot and getting married has made us realize something very important.  As we were writing our vows to one another, it caused to reflect on where we came from and where we are.  Remembering past relationships and all of the unhealthy aspects of them and how we have evolved since then.  Whatever relationship you're in right now, sit down and pretend you're about to marry this person.  What vows would you write?  Does it feel natural and heartfelt?  Or does it feel fake and forced?  We will also discuss abusive signs of relationships that lead to it being toxic and unhealthy, and how to break that cycle. Support the show
