Description
It's the end of another year, so what is everyone doing? Setting goals for the new year of course! How many of us set resolutions and end up giving up on them by March? Some of us are lucky to make it past January. So, today Bryn is talking about how to set goals that are actually achievable. She's created a system that has consistently allowed her to achieve goals. The process is slow and steady, yet sustainable. We want to hear from you: do you set goals each year? What type of goals do you make? Do you look at goals as a motivator or can they end up being discouraging for you?
