New Holland Brewing Co. was founded in 1996 and over the years it has evolved from a small brewpub to one of the country’s largest craft brewers, all on the back of a bourbon barrel imperial stout – a pretty amazing feat.  Brett VanderKamp was a co-founder of the brewery and now sits in the CEO role.
