We all knew David Moyes would start Danny Ings against Burnley despite knowing it should be Divin Mubama who got the nod instead. For the first 85 minutes of the game it was so obvious that the decision was very wrong, and it was underlined, bolded and italicised when Mubama threw himself at a near-post Kudus cross and forced Dara O'Shea to divert the ball into the back of the net to make it 1-1. Soucek's second constructive late winner ensure we came away with all three points.
But surely now, it's Mubama who starts games up front while Michail Antonio is sidelined through injury? It has to be the way forward for Moyes' approach. Unfortunately, we can't be so sure.
