We're back!

After a couple of weeks off for the festive period, the We Are West Ham return this week to pour over what has been a pretty crazy fortnight at the club.

Manuel Pellegrini was finally sacked but then the board did what they did best and showed their complete incompetence by re-appointing David Moyes on an 18-month deal. The initial outrage was clear - are we ever going to move forward!?

Luckily, the early signs of Moyes' second coming have been positive. A 4-0 thumping of a terrible Bournemouth side at home was encouraging, as was the professional 2-0 win over Gillingham in the FA Cup.

But now the real work starts. Difficult fixtures against Sheffield United, Everton and Liverpool are just around the corner and they will be the games in which we'll really find out what Moyes is capable of delivering.

Also on this week's show, James Jones and Tom Edwards discussed a number of transfer rumours doing the rounds at the moment - the impending return of Darren Randolph being one of them - and previewed Friday's trip to Sheffield United.

West Ham cult hero Jimmy Walker also joined the lads for a chat about the current goalkeeping situation and how he believes Moyes will do in his second spell.
