Most clubs it would be difficult to find enough to talk about in a one-hour radio show during the summer - but not us. 

There's always something going on at West Ham, and this week we've been treated to a number of different stories.

The club confirmed Andy Carroll, Adrian and Samir Nasri will be leaving the club in the summer, there are thousands of transfer rumours doing the rounds as expected and we've been given a look at the beautiful new Umbro kits the club will be wearing next season. 

So, plenty for James Jones and Danny Lewis to discuss on this week's show.
