Description
Working with liquid samples?
In this episode I will tell you what samples were used on the published single-cell sequencing works. I will explain also the most common sample preparation methods used for these type of samples.
In next Thursday blog post you will find more information concerning liquid samples. However I leave you here links from some of the products that I mention during the podacast.
BTW, I don't have any agreement or professional/personal link with single-cell or biotec companies. My recomendations are based on colleagues/my experiences.
PRODUCTS:
Strainers: FlowmiTM Cell Strainers, MACS SmartStrainers, and pluriStrainers
Gradient Denity Solutions: Ficoll-Paque, Lymphoprep, Histopaque, and Optiprep
Magnetic Columns: Miltenyi
Thanks for listening!
