Lauryn was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and grew up with an incredible family and support system. Around high school, she started developing severe anxiety that led to her using alcohol to cope when she got into college. While studying business, she saw that the lifestyle promoted a party lifestyle and it was considered to “norm” to binge drink and party multiple days a week.After quitting drinking and prioritizing her mental health and a growth mindset, everything changed. Lauryn wants to show young adults (and anyone who drinks) that you don’t have to conform to society’s standard for how you live your life.
