A Biblical Tribute to Britt Ham, as Julee mentions in the episode:

Hebrews chapter 11, is commonly referred to as the "Hall of Faith."

It contains a list of heroes, who by faith, were delivered.

-By faith, they overthrew kingdoms.

-By faith, they shut the mouth of lions.

-By faith, they quenched the flames of fire.

-By faith, they escaped death by the edge of the sword.

-By faith, they received their loved ones back from the dead.

But verse 35 begins to tell us about some “OTHERS”.

-Others, who weren’t delivered.

-Others, who faced fiery trials.

-Others, who were oppressed.

Then, verse 38 declares that these people of faith, who never got the answer they were praying for...

-Who never saw the breakthrough.

-Who never received the miracle.

-Who died, instead of lived.

Verse 38 says, “The world was not worthy of them.”

Why? Because they lived a life of faith, yet never received the promise, and they believed to the end anyhow!

Yes, faith many times results in the miraculous.

-Faith many times produces healing.

-Faith prompts redemption.

But that’s not the only kind of faith.

-There is faith that endures, even though the answer is "no."

-Faith that remains, when the healing is not granted.

-Faith that persists, when deliverance doesn’t come.

Those who possess that kind of faith…"the world is not worthy of them."

The NLT says, that "they are too good for this world."

Britt Ham must have been too good for this world, so the Lord decided to go ahead and take him!

-His faith was strong…even in the face of death, and that made him too good for this world!

Scripture tells us that, "to be absent from the body, is to be present with Christ."

Because Britt had a faith that did not fail, he took one final diseased and distressed breath on this side, but his next breath was a full and deep inhalation of that heavenly atmosphere on the other side!

-And while the world was not worthy of him, Jesus Christ counted him as worthy and has welcomed him home!
