I always knew the 9-5 journey wasn't for me. Before I started my talent agency, I was working in corporate America and 95% of my bosses were men. During this time, I learned as much as I could about their leadership style to determine a) what kind of person/leader do I want to be and b) what qualities I absolutely do not want to have.
