We sit down with former All-Pro defensive end, Aldon Smith who recently was released last week from the San Mateo County Jail on a 6 month stint. Once one of the best defensive players in the NFL, Smith saw his career derailed by off-the-field issues, including substance abuse and legal trouble, that ultimately led to prison time. Now Smith works to rebuild his life away from football, heal from his past through his current journey, and use his experiences to help others.
