We hear details about Robert Livingston's new book The Conversation - which allegedly offers details about the benefits and possible strategies for pursuing diversity, inclusion and equity in the workplace. Dr. Livingston is a black male and qualified to offer his own opinion on Racism. However, he suggests that most people in the US want to Replace White Supremacy With Justice. Evidence does not support this. Dr. Livingston also tells us that black people are a lot like Brussels sprouts. Everyone hates the little green balls of ickiness - which is the same feeling most people have for black people. We have to learn to stomach/tolerate produce and dark people we dislike. We also hear about teacher shortages so extreme, that some schools are turning to virtual instructors to teach the children.
