Tuhi Martukaw 洪簡廷卉 was co-chair of the Global Indigenous Youth Caucus at the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues from 2010 to 2015. She founded the Taiwan Indigenous Youth Working Group (LIMA). Today, she’s a policy advocate, journalist, and community organiser.
