Drawing from her industry knowledge and experience, she also launched LvR Mentoring Program for Artists, where she mentors and guides upcoming DJs how to advance their careers. Leticia’s hard work over the years has positioned her as one of the most respected managers in the game, so it was so insightful to talk to her about her journey so far, challenges she’s come across including reaching burnout, the transition from agent to manager, and what her role consists of to make her artists grow and stay at the top.
