Description

We're excited to share another episode recorded at our AGM last September. In this interview, Aspen sits down with Natalie Peace, a Mill Manager with Weyerhaeuser Edson OSB. They discuss the changes that Natalie has seen in the mill over the last 20 years and the power there is in having diversity in the workplace. When you think about women working in the forest sector, a career in the mill might not be the first opportunity that comes to mind. Natalie is happy to shatter those ideas. The Alberta Forest Products Association (AFPA) is a non-profit association that has been the voice of the sustainable forest industry in Alberta since 1942. Alberta's forest industry supports over 31,500 jobs and generates $5.8 billion in provincial GDP. Join us as we connect with industry leaders and discuss topics like sustainability, innovation, partnerships, nature-based climate solutions, and more. Don't forget to follow us on social media @albertaforests and @loveabforests to join the conversation.
