As I have been delving into my creativity recently it has left me feeling vulnerable.   I am delving into a new way of making art and am very conscious of my lack of ‘skill’ and where I want to be.   I am also writing my heart out as my book's words finally flow.   This burst of creative energy has had me feeling all the feels.   Not directly about the work I am creating, but hiding in other ways.  I have been having crazy imposter syndrome thoughts.  Wondering if I am good enough to help people.     I know these thoughts are ridiculous as I have been helping people for over 7 years, with great success - yet the thoughts still arise.   It is because of this creative work these crazy thoughts are presenting themselves.   In today’s episode, I share why this is happening and what I am doing to overcome them.
