Welcome back! ? After last week's break, I'm incredibly excited to be sharing this episode of the podcast with my guest Kimberly Meehan! ?
Kimberly Meehan is the Founder and Dental Hygiene Profitability and Leadership Coach at Kimberly Meehan Consulting. She developed her hygiene leadership program, KMC Hygiene with the purpose of empowering dental hygiene teams with the skills to improve their communication, organization, and planning capabilities. Kimberly is a 1994 graduate of Community College of Philadelphia’s Dental Hygiene program.
Kimberly is continually active in her community as the Founder of a local charity, Support Sacks, which supports women in recovery. She is a Community Oral Health Educator, volunteering in classrooms to educate children on good oral health habits, and a guest blogger for Penn Medicine’s OncoLink. Since 2006, she has educated over 200 classrooms and community centers throughout Philadelphia and New Jersey and provided over 10,000 free toothbrushes to the children that she has educated. In 2008 she was crowned Mrs. New Jersey International and received a proclamation from local state legislature and multiple community service awards for her commitment to children’s oral health. Today, she is a Co-Director for the New Jersey International Pageants, a platform that empowers women and girls to lead a lifestyle centered by community service. Kimberly believes that a well-balanced lifestyle includes making a difference in your community, making time for yourself, spending time with family and friends, and being passionate about your career.
