The BYU Cougars open their 2023 season Saturday night against the Sam Houston Bearkats and Jake Hatch began this special gameday edition with his keys for the BYU football program to begin their season 1-0 with a victory over the Kats at LaVell Edwards Stadium on the campus of Brigham Young University

The show wrapped up with a Jake making his weekly six-pack of picks of college football games nationwide, including LSU-Florida State, Colorado-TCU, Utah State-Iowa and Boise State-Washington, among others, while also honoring the life of Julius Maximus Poppinga, son of BYU legend Brady Poppinga
