Almost five months after his arrest, Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich finds himself serving even more time behind bars. On Thursday, a Moscow court announced the American journalist's pre-trial detention had been extended for a second time, forcing him to stay in one of Russia's most brutal prisons until at least the end of November. Gershkovich was originally arrested in March for espionage, which both the WSJ and the Biden administration vehemently deny.
