UPS and the Teamsters may have avoided a work stoppage that could have started next week by reaching a tentative new labor agreement. The agreement still needs to be ratified by well over three hundred thousand Teamsters but both sides seem to be positive about the deal. FOX's John Saucier speaks with Jeff Flock, Fox Business Network senior correspondent, about this tentative deal, what each side got and the possibility of it being ratified.
