Earlier this month, Maui Chef Lee Anne Wong lost her restaurant, Papa’aina, in the fires that swept through the historic town of Lahaina. The Top Chef alum had opened the restaurant, located at the 122-year-old Pioneer Inn, almost four years ago and was happy to finally have the pandemic behind her.
