Over the course of the next two seasons, we’ll see dramatic changes across the college sports landscape in terms of conference realignment. In particular, the SEC, Big 12, Big Ten, and Pac 12 all will undergo significant change. While that change will lead to sadness, it will also bring about exciting new matchups, including some old rivalries re-kindled.

In a back-to-school special, host Isaac Schade shares his 10 favorite new matchups after realignment takes place in 2024-25. The return of Texas – Texas A&M and BYU – Utah. We’ll have matchups that are really good for college basketball, such as Kansas – Houston, Arizona – Baylor, and UCLA – Indiana (16 combined NCAA Championships!). Additionally, we’ll have some wacky matchups, like Rutgers and Oregon.
