Where do I even start with Everett? Another great friend of the darkroom. We first met when he dropped by for a First Friday event we hosted back in 2019. It was his birthday and he had a whole entourage in tow. We briefly chatted and he shared his excitement for our community darkroom and let us know he was studying photography at ASU. He gave us a follow on Instagram and of course I had to follow back. Over time I got to see his grow with photography, experimenting with different projects, formats, film types, concepts... An awesome aspect to Everett's work is that he incorporates more than just photography. Utilizing textiles to go beyond the visual, Everett brings his work to life though fashion and storytelling.
