The Los Angeles Angels got a much-needed win against the Texas Rangers on Wednesday night, coming after a near-no-hitter performance from Reid Detmers! Detmers took the no-hit bid into the 8th, but it was broken up by a Marcus Semien bloop hit. Despite that, it was an incredible turnaround for the struggling starting pitcher and a win in the books thanks to homers from Shohei Ohtani and Matt Thaiss.
