Description

Paul Winternitz is a fine art photographer whose work has been exhibited and published internationally. Though his images have always dealt with a spiritual theme, it was in 2004 that he started a dedicated approach to the spiritual path. He was raised an atheist and has kept an open approach while his intuition has lead him to many spiritual traditions. He has focused on the commonalities of the great traditions, learning from all of them. At his core he feels most attached to the Christian mystical experience, yet has been profoundly influenced by the presence of the Hindu teacher Amma. From Buddhism he has learned the invaluable skills of Vipassana meditation. He has also been influenced by the very pragmatic approach of both the Tibetan Bon and indigenous Toltec teachings.
