    Both U.S. officials and Microsoft confirm that hackers based in China broke into email accounts at the State Department and Commerce Department. The hacking campaign was first found out in June, during a period of time when top Chinese officials were meeting with U.S. officials. FOX's John Saucier speaks with Michael Balboni, former New York State Homeland Security Advisor and Director of RedLand Strategies, about how the breach happened and why certain people and departments were targeted.
