The best way to love your customers is to love your employees.
Employees who are onboarded correctly and trained properly and recalibrated when needed
Care about their jobs, care about the business and ultimately care about the customer
We have a belief that people want to do a great job. No one wakes up and says “I want to do a horrible job today!” But we fail sometimes to give each person the environment to thrive
“People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”
It is very tough to coach an employee until they know you care about them.
It doesn’t resonate until they really fell you have their best interest in mind.
Once they know this coaching and developing becomes very easy because they trust you and feel safe. Feeling safe is a critical part of have a great team.
MIT Study found the 3 Things needed on any successful team: Empathy, Social Sensitivity, A woman on the team.
The days of abusive Pirates and Swashbucklers in the restaurant should be over. A new regime of Compassion and care and dare I say Love… is what will separate you from the pack.
