The Dodgers took three of four from the Pirates, taking the last game behind a strong performance from Julio Urías and the bullpen. Urías struck out eight over six innings, and looked to be sharper in stuff and command than he did in his last appearance. The Dodgers lost a pair of bullpen arms in Yency Almonte (paternity leave) and Daniel Hudson (sprained MCL), but Nick Robertson, Brusdar Graterol and Alex Vesia put up three zeros. Lastly, the Dodgers are now just half a game out of first place in the NL West, so we look toward the matchup in the second half.
