Description

The Dodgers opened their 2019 season on Thursday, and it went about as well as we could have hoped. Hyun-Jin Ryu was dominant, and the offense was even more dominant. The Dodgers hit a record eight home runs, including two apiece by Joc Pederson and Kiké Hernandez, and former Dodger Zack Greinke got knocked around for 7 earned runs in 3.2 innings. Jeff and Vince are here to discuss Ryu, Pederson, and "Felix from Riverside," who called into AM 570 after the game to complain that the Dodgers hit too many home runs.
