Crisis often creates new opportunities. Office buildings, shopping malls, large retailers, and restaurants are increasingly being made obsolete as the Covid-19 pandemic continues to wreak havoc in our society. The ascendence of e-commerce will make it even harder for some of those businesses to survive. 
The question then becomes - What should we do with all of this vacant space?

Repurposing vacant commercial space to boost the volume and quality of the PRS stock in Portugal.
Feasibility and business case of converting commercial and light industrial spaces into PRS housing projects in Portugal.
