Description

Researchers, writers, and activists such as Caroline Criado Perez (author of Invisible Women) have drawn attention to how everyday items and public spaces are designed for men more often than we might realize. As coliving spaces lie at an intersection of public and private space, do the same biases apply? And how might we as an industry ensure that we do not have a gender “blind spot” when it comes to the female user experience?
We will explore these questions and more with guest speakers Penny Clark Co-Founder and Head of research and sustainability at Conscious Coliving.
(This is the recording of the UK September 2020 event  Hosted by Cate Maiolini Co-Liv UK Ambassador and - Mayor at Startuphome.io with Penny's presentation of around 45 minutes followed by Q&A from the attendees)
