Duncan Ridgley Founder and CEO of Somewhere different Uk & Egypt
After a long career spacing from The Sun newspaper to Landlover, in 2019 Duncan Founded Somewhere different, a Coworking / Coliving, first of it's kind to launch in Egypt and UK.

IZAQ KAMAU Ceo & Co-founder of The Vlage World ltd in Kenya
Before The Vlage, he successfully ran an agribusiness startup that focused on growing and distribution of fresh farm produce in Kenya. As a former rugby player, he finds success in teamwork and collaboration to innovate. He founded The Vlage, a coliving marketplace in Africa, to provide  access to affordable accommodation and community to professionals in Africa urban centers

Murray Clark Founder and CEO of Neighborhood - South Africa
Spanning his 15-year career, Murray has founded multiple companies across the construction, property development, private equity sector and has developed over 40 buildings across South Africa with a combined project value in excess of R1.5B. In 2020 he founded Neighbourgood.  A next generation property development and management company focussed on modern living with a view to help reposition physical space across South Africa.
Cuthbert Simon Director at Focal Point Estates and Editor of the HMO magazine in the UK.
Simon has vast knowledge in all aspects of residential letting and Property management & over 16 years experience in Marketing, property sales & investing. He is also the editor of HMO magazine the only publication in the UK that deals exclusively with the HMO property market and his plan is to expand the coliving model in Africa where he is currently working on a project in Liberia.
