Video overview: "A huge digital transformation is gaining speed, and to succeed firms must focus on their digital core. The challenge for companies that have not been AI-centric is: how to adapt? Many thought they had time to make critical adjustments, but with the pandemic changing the way we work, that is no longer a choice. The good news is that even legacy firms can quickly develop a digital core based on software, data, digital networks, and a fundamentally new operating architecture."
