Sterlin Thompson (COL) is working on learning a new position (3B) and is playing in a park (Spokane) that significantly skews offensive numbers. OF Roman Anthony (BOS) has some very important physical development coming, while SS Cesar Prieto (BAL) looks to develop a utility profile on defense as he adjusts to MiLB's strike zone. Catchers Moises Ballesteros (CHC) and Creed Willems (BAL) both have things they do well, but have some work to do if they want to stick behind the plate.
