This episode is an interview with Tamara, a military spouse, and mom of 2. Not only is she a smart and wonderful mother, but she also has a very practical approach to parenthood and a very interesting story in regards to her breastfeeding experience. 
Tamara had breast implants prior to having children and talks about her experience with low milk supply, pumping, supplementing with formula, judgment from other moms, readjusting her goals, and more.  Her thoughts on how perspective can change everything are words every mom should hear.
