The 6-foot-2 guard, widely regarded as one of the top talents in the men's basketball transfer portal, made his decision after considering offers from Illinois, Michigan, and Utah.

Last season, Dennis showcased his skills by averaging an impressive 19.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 5.8 assists, leading Toledo to a remarkable 27-8 record and securing the Mid-American Conference regular-season championship. The Rockets enjoyed a 17-game winning streak before falling in the conference tournament title game to Kent State. Dennis consistently scored in double figures throughout the season.
