Description

On today’s episode, Jason and Super Producer Rob G (Robert Guerra) kick things off by discussing the Denver Nuggets' demolition of the Miami Heat in Game 1 of the NBA Finals. Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray were good - not great - and Denver still cruised. This just appears to be a bad matchup for Miami, and it seems pretty clear at this point that their Cinderella run is going to end early. Later, the guys hit us with a deep dive into the uncertainty surrounding the Boston Celtics. Joe Mazzulla is coming back as the head coach, but will All-NBA swingman Jaylen Brown be joining him? J-Mac and Rob agree that the Celtics would be crazy to trade away their second best player. In fact, they argue that Boston should actually look to add another star rather than subtract one. Finally, the guys close the show with a quick discussion on the Phoenix Suns head coaching search. Why aren't candidates lining up around the block to coach Kevin Durant and Devin Booker? There's clearly more going on in the desert than the public knows about.
