When treating patients, she combines Tibetan and western approaches to treatment in her practice. Lucy grows, gathers, and processes most of the herbs she prescribes and is the author of "Self Sufficient Herbalism" (2020), and her new book, "A Working Herbal Dispensary: Respecting Herbs as Individuals" (May 2023).
