Hi hi hi!! Welcome back again for episode 5!! Today's episode is a wee bit heavy. I read you a diary entry from 2019 where I was shown (by what I assume to be some spirit guides) how to meditate and open my mind to let spirits in, and ultimately help those spirits move on or transcend to wherever they are meant to be. I have a little bit of a realisation about who my spirit guides really are, and it seems that they've been around for longer than I thought they had been.
