Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a cliff, looking out at the horizon. 

The past is behind you, represented by everything you can see in your mind's eye. 

Let go of all the burdens, fears, and negative experiences you've carried with you from the past.

Visualize yourself releasing them, watching them fall away from you and disappear into the distance. 

Take a deep breath and close your eyes. 

With each exhale, let go of a little more, until you feel completely free.

Now, imagine a bright light shining on the horizon, representing new possibilities and opportunities waiting for you. 

Open your heart to these new possibilities and feel yourself filled with excitement and hope.

Take another deep breath and let it fill your heart with a sense of peace, joy and love. 

Know that you are worthy of new experiences and adventures, and that your heart is open and ready to receive all the good that life has to offer.

I let go of the past and open my heart to new possibilities.
