In this episode, Andie and Angie discuss a list of self-care ideas including working out, meeting up with a friend, getting a pedicure, and starting a new Bible plan (shoutout Through the Word). Sometimes self-care can be as simple as drinking a cup of coffee while shopping, or watching Bob Ross (Andie's fav).
