Description

South Korean cinema has been having a moment and that moment has been going on since the late 90s. In advance of next week's episode on the country's most popular character actor Song Kang-ho (Parasite, The Host, Secret Sunshine), Stephen and Andrew are here with a bonus episode. South Korea is home to some of the most thrilling, intelligent and emotional films of the last 20 years. The likes of Oldboy (pictured); The Good, the Bad, the Weird; Burning; and this year's Best Picture Oscar winner Parasite are all great examples of this. Although the vast majority of Korean movies released in the west are under seen Parasite and the guys of I Know That Face are trying to change that.
